Dimov & Tashev advised the State General Reserve Fund (SGRF) of the Sultanate of Oman on securitization and enforcement matters related to a loan facility made available to a consortium of Bulgarian companies.
The law firm provided full legal support pertaining to enforcement of a special (non-possessory) pledge securing the loan facility extended by SGRF, including procedures carried out before the Central Register of Special Pledges and enforcement agency against the debtor companies. The law firm assisted SGRF throughout the entire enforcement procedures, including encashment of the aggregated proceeds generated as a result of the said enforcement.
