Dimov & Tashev Law Firm advised the US media company EMMIS Communications (NASDAQ: EMMS) - media conglomerate based in Indianapolis, USA - on the corporate reorganization and consolidation of one of their primary assets in Bulgaria, namely – “Radio FM +” radio station.
The said consolidation was implemented via simultaneous upstream merger of all subsidiary companies of Radio FM Plus EAD. The law firm represented the client by providing overall legal advice on all matters in relation to the corporate reorganization – structuring of the consolidation, preparation of all documents related to the project, assistance on all regulatory matters associated with the merger (obtaining clearances and permits from the relevant regulatory bodies – Commission Regulation Commission (CRC), Council of Electronic Media (CEM), etc.), as well as entire representation throughout the merger process.
