Dimov & Tashev Law Firm advised SRS Bulgaria LTD, a subsidiary company of WINVEST FINANZIERUNGSSERVICE BETEILIGUNGS GmbH, WINDFARM HOLDING GmbH and Niki Best LTD, in relation to obtaining an Investment Certificate Class “A” issued by the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism and the Invest Bulgaria Agency.
Certificate Class “A” is issued in relation to a project to be developed by SRS Bulgaria LTD, namely – a windfarm located in the village of Spasovo with a capacity of 150 MW and expected investment volume of EUR 254m. The law firm represented the investor by provision of full range legal advice on the preparation of documentation and procedures pertaining to the issuance of Certificate Class “A”, as well as preparation of the investment project of SRS Bulgaria LTD pursuant to the requirements of the Investment Promotion Act and the Regulations for its application.
