Dimov & Tashev advises Borealis AG - one of the world’s leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions and a European market leader in base chemicals, fertilizers and the mechanical recycling of plastics, as well as First Energy Bank (Bahrain) in respect of their shareholding in the Bulgarian nitrogen and phosphate fertilizers producer Neochim PLC.
The law firm acted as jointly appointed legal advisor of Borealis AG and First Energy Bank in respect of the bank's exit from their joint venture special purpose vehicle (SPV) company holding ca 20.3% of the shares of Neochim PLC, including - corporate and commercial matters, transfer of the company shares, regulatory aspects, etc. Following completion of the transaction Borealis AG became sole shareholder in the SPV company Feboran EOOD and, respectively - holder of ca 20.3% of the shares of Neochim PLC.
