Dimov & Tashev Law Firm advised the seller on the sale of the confectionery manufacturer operating "Credo" brand to food producing company "Prestige".
The law firm represented the seller company (DIK-2000 OOD) throughout the deal, including preparation, negotiation and execution of the relevant transaction documents (Share Purchase and Sale Agreement, Escrow Agreement, etc.). Further, Dimov & Tashev Law Firm assisted the seller also on the related corporate matters - incorporation of special purpose vehicle company and allocation of the target assets therein, transfer of the company shares, as well as perfection of the transaction with the commercial register.
