Dimov & Tashev Law Firm advised the commercial property investment fund Equest on the sale of the former Rover factory in Varna, Bulgaria by one of the fund subsidiary companies (Rodacar AD) to the Austrian Group BauMax for €10.5m.
The law firm has acted for the seller Equest by providing extensive legal advice on all matters in relation to the said transaction – preliminary negotiation stage, preparation and execution of transaction documents - preliminary contract, escrow agreements, notary deeds, etc. Further, Dimov & Tashev Law Firm advised also on the corporate and commercial aspects of the transaction - convocation and conduct of shareholders’ meetings for the purpose of the contemplated transaction, passing shareholder resolutions regarding the sale, as well as ensured full representation throughout the closing process.
