Dimov & Tashev advised Austrian leading fertilizer wholesaler and distributor Borealis L.A.T GmbH on the acquisition of warehouse facilities from the real estate investor ICON Bulgaria - part of the Greek GEK TERNA Group.
The law firm represented Borealis L.A.T GmbH in respect of the acquisition of warehouse facilities in the town of Lom for the purpose of expanding its logistic capabilities and business operations in Bulgaria.
